  • Valid Passport accompanied by Completion and Signature of Non-Resident Declaration;

  • Income Statement or Work Contract;
  • Statement proving the nature and amount of income if self-employed;
  • Letter from the bank where the non-resident is a customer in the Country of Residence (applicable to non-resident foreigners);
  • Declaration authorizing the Financial Institution (Millennium bim) to inquire and obtain references about the Customer (applicable to non-resident foreigners).
