Nuno Manuel da Silva Amado has a degree in Business Organization and Management from the Instituto Superior das Ciências do Trabalho e da Empresa (ISCTE) and Advanced Management Program at INSEAD, Fontainebleau.
He began his career in 1980, at KPMG, in the Audit and Consulting Department. From 1985 to 1990, at Citibank Portugal, he was Financial Controller, Treasurer and Head of Financial Markets. From 1990 to 1992, he was Advisor to the Board of Directors (CA) of BFB Leasing and Secretary General of BFB. From 1993 to 1997, he was a member of the Board of Deutsche Bank Portugal. From 1997 to 2004, Member of the Executive Committee (EC) of BCI. From 1997 to 2006, member of the EC and the Board of Banco Santander de Negócios Portugal. From 2000 to 2004, he is a member of the Board of Crédito Predial Português and of Banco Totta & Açores. He held the positions of Vice-President of the EC of Crédito Predial Português and Banco Totta & Açores. From 2005 to 2006, he was Vice-President of the EC and member of the Board of Directors of Banco Santander Totta. From 2006 to 2012, General Manager and Member of the Management Committee of Banco Santander Central Hispano, Vice-Chairman of the Board and Chairman of the EC of Banco Santander Totta. He also held the position of Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Banco Comercial Português, S.A., from 2012 to 2018, having been reappointed and elected Chairman of the Board of Directors for the current term of office 2018-2021.
He also holds the positions of Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Fundação Millennium bcp, Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Bank Millennium, S.A. (Poland), member of the Advisory Board of the Forum for Competitiveness and member of the Board of Business Roundtable Portugal. He is 1st Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors of BIM – Banco Internacional de Moçambique, S.A. having been reappointed on 24 March 2021 for the current term.

Master in Finance (MiF) from London Business School, degree in Economics from Universidade Nova de Lisboa and with intensive international training in Trading, Structured Finance, Options Valuation, Options Trading, Hedging of Exotic Options.
He began his professional career as an equity analyst in the construction and banking sectors at Banco Santander de Negócios (1990-1994), for the following 6 years he worked at Banco Mello de Investimentos as Coordinator of Equity Research (1994 - 1995) and Director of the of Equity Derivatives respectively (1996 -2000). From 2000 to 2006 he was Director of Capital Markets (derivatives) at Banco Comercial Português de Investimento, and from 2006 to 2010 he was CFO and CEO at Banco Millennium Turkey. He has been, since 2010, Millennium Bim's CFO, having assumed, over this time, different responsibilities over time, such as Marketing, Corporate Centre, Accounting, Heritage and Works, among others. He is also a non-executive member of the Board of Directors of SIM (Insuradora Internacional de Moçambique).

He is a PhD candidate in African Studies at the University Institute of Lisbon – ISCTE-IUL, Graduated in Management Informatics at the Instituto Superior Politécnico e Universitário, Post-Graduate in Management Information at the Faculty of Economic and Business Sciences – Catholic University of Portugal, Post-Graduate in Consulting and Project Management, Department of Science and Technology at the Universidade Autónoma de Lisboa.
Member of the Board of Directors since 2012 and Member of the Audit Committee since 2018 at BIM. He has been Chairman of the Board of Directors of Seguradora Internacional de Moçambique since 2016. Chairman of the Board of the General Meeting of the Associação das Seguradoras de Moçambique since July 2021. He began his professional career as an IT Technician, responsible for Equipment Management at the company SAGE in 1992. Telecommunications Equipment Technician in the Operations Department, Director of the Network Management Department and later as Senior Technician in the Information Systems Department, at TDM, EP in 1995. Consultant and Project Manager at the Technical Unit of Reform of the State Financial Administration (UTRAFE), headed the Division of the Project for the Implementation of the State Financial Administration System (eSISTAFE) – Ministry of Planning and Finance in 2002, having coordinated the moderation of the Seminar on “Information and Communication Systems in the Public Sector” within the scope of the disclosure of the State Financial Administration Reform, together with the National Commission al of the Informatics Policy in 2003. He was a Project Management Consultant at the Center for the Development of Financial Information Systems (CEDSIF) - Ministry of Finance in 2010.
He served as Advisor to the Secretary General and Ministers in the Presidency, Advisor for Parliamentary Affairs, Advisor for Parliamentary, Municipal and Provincial Assemblies, and Advisor for General Affairs to the Civil House of the Presidency of the Republic (since 2005).

Degree in Agronomy, Guidance in Rural Engineering from Eduardo Mondlane University (UEM), Master in Rural Development from the same University and Master in Oil and Gas Business Management at Instituto Superior de Ciências e Tecnologias de Moçambique (ISCTEM).
He started his professional career at Action Aid, as Senior Supervisor of the Livestock Repopulation Project, in a cash credit model, in Pebane and Maganja da Costa in Zambézia, from 1999 to 2000. At World Vision he held the positions of: (i) Senior Assistant for Agriculture in the Agriculture and Natural Resources Management Program in Nampula (2000 - 2001); and (ii) Counterpart of the Group Development Specialist in the Food Security and Livelihoods Program (OVATA) in Zambézia (2001 - 2003) as well as (iii) Coordinator of the OVATA Program in the district of Namarroi. At Oxfam GB he held the position of Monitoring and Evaluation Officer for the development program in Niassa (2002 - 2004) and was later appointed General Coordinator of the Oxfam GB Program in Niassa (2004 - 2005). From 2005 to 2007 at CUSO Mozambique, he was Program Assistant, where he provided direct advice to the Country Representative in the entire National Program, in the components of institutional capacity building, microfinance and social programs. From 2007 to 2014, he held various positions at the Foundation for Community Development (FDC) from the position of Manager of the Food and Nutrition Security Area (2007 - 2008); Planning, Research and Evaluation Manager (2008 - 2009) up to the position of Program Director, leading all the foundation's integrated programs (2009 - 2014). From 2014 to date, he joined the Instituto de Gestão das Participações do Estado (IGEPE), as Director of Investments, having been appointed at the end of his second year of service to the position of Director of Control of Affiliates, an area that oversees the planning, supervision and control of all companies in the state business sector. In addition to this role, he is a Non-Executive Director at Millennium BIM, Ifloma and Hotel Cardoso, representing the State. He was a member of the Extinction Committee of Maputo Sul, E.P, and was Chairman of the Investment, Risk and Debt Management Committee of EDM, E.P. He is currently (i) a member of the Risk Assessment Committee of Millennium BIM; (ii) member of the Investment, Risk and Debt Management Committee of EDM, E.P and Chairman of the Liquidation Committee of EMEM, S.A.

Graduated in Business Management at the Higher School of Scientific Organization of Work (ESOCT), Postgraduate - XXV Business Management Program at AESE, INSEAD – Millenniumbcp Programme.
Since 2013, COO and Member of the Board of Directors COO and of the Executive Committee of Millenium bim (Mozambique), Jorge Octávio Neto dos Santos began his professional career in 1981 as coordinator of the application development area of Passive Operations at Banco Comercial Português. He later participated in the acquisition and merger processes of Bancos Português no Atlântico in 1995, Pinto & Sotto Mayor in 2001 and Mello in 2002 as responsible for the systems merger and application migration processes. He was also a member of the Bcp Banking Services Coordination Committee, a member of the EFMA (European Financial Management and Marketing Association) Advisory Board for Operational Excellence and responsible for the process reengineering area until September 2010. In the Millennium BCP Group since 1981 , in 2010 he begins his International Career as a Member of the Board of Directors and of the Executive Committee at Millennium Bank (Greece) as COO.

Since 2015, Member of the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of Millennium bim (Mozambique), Moisês Jorge began his career in 1991 at FDO – Empresa de Construção Civil in Braga, and in 1993 he moved to the company Gomes do Monte Construções – Póvoa de Varzim . In the Millennium BCP Group since 1995, he was a member of the first team that would open Millennium bim and in 2003 he was part of the BCP staff. In 2007, he returned to Mozambique, assuming the Corporate Coordination Department.

Since 2015, Member of the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of Millennium bim (Mozambique), Liliana Marisa Catoja da Costa Lemos, began her professional career as Senior Analyst of the Credit and Syndication Unit of BIM Investimentos SARL in 1999, having also worked in partial as a Lecturer at the Faculty of Economics at UEM. And she did an internship in the areas of Corporate Finance and Capital Markets at Millennium BCP Investimento in 2008. In the Millennium BCP Group since 1999, she was appointed Deputy Director of Investment Banking in 2004 and in 2010 Director of Credit at Millennium bim.

Since 2020, Member of the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of Millennium bim (Mozambique), José Artur Gouveia Coelho Caetano began his career in 1989 as a Technician in the Operations Department and in 1992 he was part of the Support Office for the Bank's Board of Directors Comercial Português, SA. In the Millennium BCP Group since 1989, he was appointed in 2000 Deputy Director, was at Cidadebcp, Systems and Telemarketing Department, Contact Center Department, Direct Banking Department at Millennium BCP and already in Mozambique Commercial Director in 2011 and Coordinating Director of the commercial networks of Private Banking, Prestige and Companies in 2013.

Since 2020, Member of the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of Millennium bim (Mozambique), Albino António Carneiro Andrade began his career in the financial sector in 1987 as a technician in the financial, organization and management of human resources at Banco Português do Atlântico, SA Where in 1989 he was appointed Business Segment Manager, 1991 Director of the Direct Marketing and Research Department and in 1998 he was appointed Director – Linha Atlântico (Telefónica Banking). He held the position of Director at Credibanco of Banco de Crédito Pessoas, SA in 1998. In the Millennium BCP Group since 2000, he was appointed in 2006 Vice-President of the Surveillance Council of Banque BPC, SAS (France).

She started her professional career as an Intern at the Lisbon and Porto Stock Exchanges in 2001. From 2001 to 2002 she worked as a Financial Settlement Technician at Interbolsa (Central de Valores Mobiliários) in Porto, Portugal. She also worked as a Public Debt Technician in the National Directorate of the Treasury of the Ministry of Planning and Finance of Mozambique.
She held the positions of Deputy National Budget Director of the Ministry of Finance of Mozambique from 2010 to 2012. Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Mozambique Stock Exchange, with executive powers for the management of the institution and development of the stock exchange, from 2012 to 2016 . Director of the Office of the Wife of the President of the Republic – Presidency of the Republic of Mozambique, in the context of supporting the activities of the First Lady, from 2016 to 2017. She also held the position of National Director of the Risk Management Office of the Ministry of Economy and Finance of Mozambique from 2018 to 2019.

Graduated in Business Management from the Faculty of Economics of Porto (FEP), with a Top Management Program from AESE Business School in Lisbon, he started his professional career activity in 1993, in the investment banking area, at CISF-Companhia de Investimento e Serviços Financeiros (now Millennium Investment), where he took part in the structuring and financing of most of the large infrastructure projects developed in Portugal between 1995 and 2005, in addition to participating in several M&A, Corporate Finance, Project Finance and capital markets operations. From 2005 onwards, he integrated and led the Foreign Business Support with the responsibility of monitoring the international operations of the BCP Group. Between 2010 and 2013, he worked as CFO at Millennium bank in Greece, as well as Non-Executive Director at Millennium bank in Turkey. From 2013 to 2016, he was the COO, first at Millennium bank in Romania and then at Milllennium Banque Privée in Switzerland. From 2016, he was in charge of the Retail Recovery Department of BCP in Portugal.
