A Clean City for me
In its 9th edition, students and teachers carried out various activities that showed the importance of the role of children as citizens in their relationship with the environment. Each school has a recycling station on its premises, where the correct sorting of the rubbish that students and teachers deposit daily is done.
Activities were developed to alert children to the importance of preserving the environment by promoting the basic principles of sustainability: Reduce, Reuse and Recycle. Colégio Nhyamunda, the school with the most garbage collected, was rewarded with a four-day summer camp. The children had the opportunity to create and produce musical instruments from the recyclable waste they had collected.
Environmental education project whose main objective is to create awareness among students about new habits of waste treatment, focusing on the theme of recycling and its importance for cleaning the city. Cleaning up your school and city and making posters alluding to environmental issues are some of the activities carried out by teachers and students in the environmental clubs.
