Member of the Board of Directors since 2012 and Member of the Audit Committee since 2018 at BIM. He has been Chairman of the Board of Directors of Seguradora Internacional de Moçambique since 2016. Chairman of the Board of the General Meeting of the Associação das Seguradoras de Moçambique since July 2021. He began his professional career as an IT Technician, responsible for Equipment Management at the company SAGE in 1992. Telecommunications Equipment Technician in the Operations Department, Director of the Network Management Department and later as Senior Technician in the Information Systems Department, at TDM, EP in 1995. Consultant and Project Manager at the Technical Unit of Reform of the State Financial Administration (UTRAFE), headed the Division of the Project for the Implementation of the State Financial Administration System (eSISTAFE) – Ministry of Planning and Finance in 2002, having coordinated the moderation of the Seminar on “Information and Communication Systems in the Public Sector” within the scope of the disclosure of the State Financial Administration Reform, together with the National Commission al of the Informatics Policy in 2003. He was a Project Management Consultant at the Center for the Development of Financial Information Systems (CEDSIF) - Ministry of Finance in 2010.
He served as Advisor to the Secretary General and Ministers in the Presidency, Advisor for Parliamentary Affairs, Advisor for Parliamentary, Municipal and Provincial Assemblies, and Advisor for General Affairs to the Civil House of the Presidency of the Republic (since 2005).

She started her professional career as an Intern at the Lisbon and Porto Stock Exchanges in 2001. From 2001 to 2002 she worked as a Financial Settlement Technician at Interbolsa (Central de Valores Mobiliários) in Porto, Portugal. She also worked as a Public Debt Technician in the National Directorate of the Treasury of the Ministry of Planning and Finance of Mozambique.
She held the positions of Deputy National Budget Director of the Ministry of Finance of Mozambique from 2010 to 2012. Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Mozambique Stock Exchange, with executive powers for the management of the institution and development of the stock exchange, from 2012 to 2016 . Director of the Office of the Wife of the President of the Republic – Presidency of the Republic of Mozambique, in the context of supporting the activities of the First Lady, from 2016 to 2017. She also held the position of National Director of the Risk Management Office of the Ministry of Economy and Finance of Mozambique from 2018 to 2019.
