Degree in Law from Eduardo Mondlane University. He trained in piloting fighter-bombers in the extinct USSR and training in Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing in the United States of America.

Since 2018, Chairman of the Board of the General Assembly of Millennium bim (Mozambique), Flávio Prazeres Lopes Menete, began his professional career as an Eventual Professor in 1976 and Officer of the Mozambican Air Force, having risen to the rank of Lieutenant Colonel and to the position of Commander of Nacala Air Base. He was part-time University Assistant in 1997 and Consultant at Ernest & Young in 1995. Adviser to the Minister of the Interior in 2002, he served as National Director of Criminal Investigation in 2004. Consultant to the World Bank to evaluate the anti-money laundering system and anti-terrorist financing of the Republic of Angola in 2011. Lawyer since 2007, he was Chairman of the Mozambican Bar Association in 2016.

Graduated in Law at the Faculty of Law of Universidade Eduardo Mondlane, Course in Training in Documentation Technique, Faculty of Letters of UEM.

He began his professional career in 1976 at the Studies Office and the Minister's Office, Ministry of Foreign Affairs – Alternate Representative of Mozambique, UN Commission on Human Rights.

She held the positions of Head of the Human Rights Sector in the Directorate of Legal and Consular Affairs, Ministry of Foreign Affairs from 1983 to 1986. From 1986 to 1990, Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Republic of Mozambique, Republic of Cuba and Republic of Nicaragua. From 1990 to 1996, Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Republic of Mozambique, the Portuguese Republic and the Kingdom of Spain. From 1996 to 2000, Minister Counselor at the Mozambican Embassy in the United States of America. From 2002 to 2005, Secretary General at the Legality and Justice Coordination Council. From 2005 to 2008, she held the position of Minister of Justice. And from 2002 to 2015, Chairman of the Board of the General Meeting of Banco Internacional de Moçambique.

Graduated in Law from the Faculty of Law of Universidade Eduardo Mondlane, he also has a postgraduate degree in International Trade Law and Industrial Property Law from Universidade Eduardo Mondlane, Training in Banking Law – ISCTEM- Higher Institute of Science and Technology of Mozambique. Course on Judicial Magistracy by the Legal and Judicial Training Center.

He began his professional career as a History and Geography Teacher at various educational establishments. He is an Arbitrator registered with the CACM – Center for Arbitration, Conciliation and Mediation (2000 to date). Official Industrial Property Agent (2001 to date). Associate at the Law Firm H. Gamito, Couto & Associados (2001-0211). Lecturer at the Technical University of Mozambique (2003 – 2012). Member of the Jurisdictional Council of the Mozambican Bar Association (2013 – 2016) and 2nd Vice-President of the Jurisdictional Council (2016-2020). Director of Legal Affairs at Millennium bim and Company Secretary (2012 to date).
